RAPPLS, add start and end times
Add start and end time options on attitudeCorrect.
Also fix fault in RAPPLS.sh with spaces in arguments
Fixed the speed issue reading the laser file by attitudeCorrect,
RAPPLS, csv attitude and sdc laser files
